Upon approval, we always inform the bank counterpart to let you go throught the Letter-of-offer (LO) before accepting (signning) the offer.

YES. Potentially in some cases and "hidden promotion". With years of working relationship with different bank counterpart, some banks manage to offer "deviated" package for our clients. Deviated package is always not putting on their "shelve" for walk-in client or existing client.
